Additionally, Belle is a Family constellation practitioner, Gottman trained couples Therapist and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist. Belle supports her clients’ personal development in the areas of perinatal, addiction, childhood trauma, lifestyle management; co- parenting & communication through a trauma informed lens.
